ZÖLLNER expands international activities with acquisition of TELETEAMET
ZÖLLNER Holding GmbH, Kiel, acquired TELETEAMET A/S, Odense, in the summer of 2025. With this acquisition, ZÖLLNER has further expanded its international activities.
TELETEAMET is a specialised provider of planning, installation and operation of radio and communication infrastructure for safety-critical and mission-critical applications. The company has many years of experience in delivering robust, field-proven solutions for authorities, utilities and operators of critical infrastructure.
TELETEAMET’s core competencies include:
- Deployment of radio sites and networks
- Installation of antenna and tower systems
- System commissioning and ongoing technical service
- Delivery and installation of towers and tower foundations for all purposes
The company combines strong project execution capabilities with in-depth practical know-how, ensuring reliable implementation even under demanding operational and environmental conditions.
Since the takeover, TELETEAMET has been managed by SCHNOOR Industrieelektronik GmbH, Rendsburg, as part of the Strategic Business Unit Public Safety. Within the ZÖLLNER Group, SCHNOOR is the centre of excellence for the development, system architecture, integration and production of individual radio and communication systems for safety-critical applications.
SCHNOOR develops and produces customer-specific complete systems along the entire communication chain – from radio technology and network and system infrastructure to connections to control centres, operational and IT systems. The technological focus is on, among other things:
- mission-critical radio solutions (e.g. TETRA, broadband radio, hybrid radio architectures)
- IP-based voice and data communication
- redundant, high-availability system designs for 24/7 operation
- System integration into existing control centre, operations and security infrastructures Customer-specific hardware and software development and in-house production
